Operations Engineer

Description:

We are hiring an Identity Operations Engineer to oversee identity federation, mobile device management, endpoint sandboxing, SSO, MFA and DLP operations. The ideal candidate will ensure policy enforcement and secure access across corporate users and devices.

Key Responsibilities:
• 8–10 years
• Operate and maintain SSO.
• Manage MobileIron/AirWatch MDM for enterprise device security and compliance.
• Administer and monitor sandboxing solutions to analyze unknown threats.
• Oversee Symantec EDR for SOC/SIEM Coordination and event analysis.
• Experience on Symantec Bluecoat DLP and RSA MFA.
• Provide Tier 2–3 support for incidents related to user access, DLP, or identity services.

Qualifications:
• 8–10 years of operational experience in cybersecurity, identity, or endpoint technologies.
• Deep knowledge of SSO, MDM, sandboxing, and DLP.
• Familiar with SIEM/SOC coordination and forensic investigations.
• Relevant certifications (preferred): CISSP, CEH, Symantec DLP Certified, MobileIron/AirWatch Expert, Microfocus SSO and RSA.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or related field
