Operations Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to oversee and optimize daily operations across our residential compounds in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will ensure all services and departments function efficiently and meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.

This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage multiple compounds, facilities, teams, and vendors.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Oversee daily operations across multiple residential compounds to ensure smooth facility management.
• Coordinate maintenance, security, housekeeping, landscaping, and other services.
• Supervise on-site teams; handle recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Lead and align operations across different compounds to maintain consistent quality standards.
• Improve operational efficiency and cost control.
• Support the Compound Manager in resolving escalated resident issues when needed.
• Manage vendor contracts and monitor service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Monitor budgets and expenses; prepare operational and financial reports for senior management.
• Plan and oversee improvement or renovation projects as required.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, or similar role managing multiple residential compounds, communities, or hospitality facilities.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and sites.
• Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.
• Ability to identify and implement operational improvements and cost-saving measures.
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to support escalated resident concerns when needed.
