We’re looking for a highly motivated Operations Manager to launch and lead our Last Mile Delivery operations in Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity to build a team from scratch, optimize operations, and deliver top-notch service in the logistics and e-commerce space.

🔍 What You’ll Do:
Set up and manage daily last mile operations
Hire, train, and supervise drivers and dispatchers
Optimize delivery routes and fleet performance
Track KPIs and ensure service excellence
Collaborate with fulfillment centers and partners
Implement delivery tech tools and systems

✅ What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in last mile logistics or operations
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Riyadh’s delivery landscape
Arabic + good English
Tech-savvy with experience in delivery/fleet systems
