What started as a trendy juice bar quickly became a global lifestyle movement built around wellness, fashion, and youth culture. Now expanding rapidly across KSA, they need a leader who’s as passionate about people as they are about performance.

🌟 What You’ll Do
✔ Lead daily operations across multiple outlets in Riyadh & support national growth
✔ Inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams — FOH & BOH
✔ Drive revenue, manage costs, and deliver exceptional guest experiences
✔ Ensure brand consistency, quality, and compliance across all touchpoints
✔ Launch new stores, support marketing rollouts, and execute localized strategies
✔ Own performance KPIs and contribute to innovation & growth

What You Bring
▪ 6+ years of multi-unit operational experience (F&B or lifestyle retail preferred)
▪ A track record of motivating teams and delivering results
▪ Data-driven decision making and strong commercial acumen
▪ Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong plus
▪ Based in Riyadh or open to relocating
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
