📌 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations, or related field
3–5 years’ experience in operations management (dog care or hospitality preferred)
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken & written)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset
