Operations Manager

Description:

Lamasat Company in Medina is seeking to hire an Operations Manager to oversee regional managers and plan their daily operations. We are looking for a highly experienced individual in management and quality to join our team and contribute to achieving our strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide regional managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan and organize the daily operations of regional managers for optimal performance.
• Monitor and evaluate overall performance in various regions and take necessary actions to improve it.
• Coordinate between different departments to ensure the implementation of company strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• A university degree in business administration or any related field, or recognized certifications in management and quality.
• At least 6 years of experience in management and quality.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve set goals.

• A monthly salary of 10,000 SAR (including all allowances).
