The Opportunity

As a member of the leadership team, you will:

• Lead operational excellence across FKR Hospitality's growing portfolio.
• Drive the continued evolution of **Hoka Butler**, elevating guest experience, operational performance, and profitability.
• Lead the development, pre-opening, and successful launch of **Burger Butler**.
• Build the operational platform, SOPs, brand standards, training systems, and operating manuals that will support future expansion.
• Transform hospitality concepts into scalable, high-performing businesses.

This role requires a leader who understands that luxury is not defined by price—but by consistency, attention to detail, personalized service, and flawless execution.
 We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 10+ years of senior hospitality leadership experience.
• A strong background in luxury hotels, fine dining, premium restaurants, or high-end hospitality brands.
• Proven success leading multi-unit operations or complex hospitality businesses.
• Experience in pre-opening projects, concept development, and operational system design.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of improving profitability and operational performance.
• The ability to build teams, develop leaders, and establish a culture of hospitality excellence.
