Description:
We’re hiring an Operations Sr. Manager to lead the customer experience delivery across multiple BPO projects for a publicly listed firm based in Riyadh.
This is a key role for someone who knows how to build and run high-performing CX operations, manage large teams, and work closely with clients to drive results.
You’ll be responsible for building strategy, managing execution, and ensuring operational excellence across a fast-growing BPO setup. The role reports directly to the CEO and will play a critical part in scaling the business.
What we’re looking for:
-10+ years in CX and contact center BPO operations
-Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects (500+ employees)
-Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and data-driven mindset
-Experience implementing tech solutions to enhance operations
