Mandatory Requirements:
✅ 10+ years of experience in payments and banking
✅ Proven experience in implementing payment transformation engagements
✅Experience in implementing payment transformation engagements

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Payments Expertise – Strong knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT protocols, cash management, and cross-border transactions
✔ Project Management – Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies for payment system implementation
✔ Technical Coordination – Experience integrating new payment systems with existing banking applications
✔ Stakeholder Management – Ability to interact with senior stakeholders and keep them informed
✔ Risk & Compliance – Identify risks, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive feasibility studies
