✅ Define & track headcount metrics and workforce KPIs
✅ Build AI/ML-driven predictive models for workforce trends
✅ Design employee experience-enhancing applications
✅ Analyze turnover/attrition for productivity & cost efficiency
✅ Develop compensation modeling & workforce planning tools
✅ Integrate & analyze data from Oracle HCM
✅ Lead internal HR analytics dashboards and reporting tools
✅ Drive business strategy through impactful insights
💻 Tech Stack:
Oracle Fusion HCM
Power BI / Tableau / QlikView / Qlik Sense
Strong skills in Data Visualization & Oracle Data Integration
🎓 Requirements:
4–5 years in Data Analytics (focused on MIS & Metrics)
At least 1 year in People Analytics / HR Data Insights
