Position:- Product Development Manager
Location:- 📍 Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Development
Lead full lifecycle of IoT & AI cloud solutions; define product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure integration with cloud platforms.

Project & Agile Management
Lead Agile teams, manage product backlogs, apply PMP methodologies, and track KPIs to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

IoT & AI Integration
Oversee IoT connectivity (MQTT, CoAP, LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, OPC UA), edge computing, and AI/ML deployment in cloud and on-prem environments.

Business & Financial Strategy
Design SaaS/PaaS/IaaS monetization models, conduct ROI analysis, and align product strategy with market trends.

Go-to-Market Execution
Develop GTM plans using 5P’s marketing model; define personas, positioning, and lead competitive analysis for differentiation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years in IoT/AI/cloud product development
Experience with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud IoT, edge computing, and AI/ML deployment
PMP certified with strong Agile (Scrum, SAFe) skills
Business acumen in SaaS/PaaS models and pricing strategy
Fluent in Arabic and English; Gulf market experience preferred
Familiarity with automation/control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA, MES)
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes is a plus
