A leading organization in Saudi Arabia is hiring a Project Manager – Digital Transformation to lead high-impact technology and business transformation initiatives. This role supports national development programs and large-scale enterprise projects aligned with Vision 2030.

🔥 What You’ll Do

• Plan, execute, and deliver digital transformation projects end-to-end
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and KPIs
• Track project performance and manage risks and issues
• Ensure projects align with business goals and regulatory requirements
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior leadership
• Drive process improvement and change management initiatives

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience in project management or digital transformation roles
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Experience managing technology or enterprise-level projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage
• Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
