The Role:

• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
• Initiating solar and energy storage Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) initiatives.
• Cultivating fresh sales opportunities alongside adeptly nurturing current clientele. Managing the sales funnel and records meticulously within the SalesForce CRM system, adhering to schedules.
• Although not directly overseeing team personnel, actively engaging in collaborative strategy sessions with the sales team to refine triumphant sales approaches and exemplar methodologies.
• Securing substantial field presence to foster, amplify, and sustain sales endeavors.
• Striving for optimal time allocation between productive administrative duties and accomplished reporting.

The Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
