🎯 Candidate Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
✔ Minimum 10 years of experience in Operation & Maintenance project management
✔ Strong knowledge of:
🔹 O&M contracts and service agreements
🔹 Project execution and delivery processes
🔹 Maintenance operations management
🔹 Government and private sector projects
✔ Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams
✔ Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
✔ Knowledge of project management systems is preferred
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and supervise operation & maintenance projects
✅ Develop project execution plans and monitor progress against schedules
✅ Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
✅ Monitor KPIs and ensure achievement of project targets
✅ Prepare project reports and present updates to management
✅ Ensure compliance with contracts, technical specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements
✅ Manage project risks and implement improvement strategies
✅ Drive operational excellence and successful project delivery
