We are looking for two experienced Project Managers specializing in Retail & F&B Fit-Out to join our client team in Riyadh and Jeddah. If you have a strong background in managing interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely execution, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders, this role is for you!

📍 Locations: Riyadh & Jeddah (2 Roles)

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Oversee end-to-end fit-out project management for retail & F&B spaces.
✔️ Ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
✔️ Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, designers, and clients.
✔️ Manage project documentation, approvals, and compliance with local regulations.
✔️ Supervise on-site work, resolve issues, and ensure safety protocols.
✔️ Monitor progress, conduct quality checks, and provide regular reports.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills:

✅ 5+ years of experience in retail & F&B fit-out project management.
✅ Strong knowledge of interior design, construction, and MEP coordination.
✅ Experience in managing multiple projects and vendor relationships.
✅ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✅ Familiarity with project management tools and software.
