Qa/qc In-charge

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA/QC In-Charge – MEP to join a leading project in Riyadh, KSA. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in MEP systems, Data Center, or EPC Projects, and a commitment to upholding the highest quality standards.

📍 Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
💼 Experience: Minimum 10 Years

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead all MEP QA/QC activities and ensure compliance with project specifications & international standards.
2. Prepare and implement ITPs, method statements, and QA/QC procedures.
3. Conduct site inspections for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
4. Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
5. Oversee and document material submittals, inspection reports, NCRs, and quality closeouts.
6. Ensure effective testing and commissioning of all MEP installations.
7. Conduct internal audits and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Coordinate interface issues with civil and architectural teams.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant QA/QC experience in MEP systems.
3. At least 3–5 years of experience on Data Center or EPC projects is a must.
4. Solid knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, ISO, and related international standards.
5. Proficient in reviewing technical drawings and QA documentation.
6. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
7. Immediate or short notice joiners will be given priority.
