Description:

A key contractor or Oil & Gas operator (via Michael Page) seeks a QA/QC Manager to manage quality systems on projects/sites. Reporting to the QA/QC Director or Project Manager, ensures compliance, inspections, and defect prevention throughout execution.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead QA/QC activities: inspections, audits, material testing, and documentation
• Manage non-conformances, corrective/preventive actions, and reporting
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and third-party inspectors
• Implement quality plans aligned with standards and project specs
• Train teams and drive continuous quality improvement

🔹 Leadership Expectations
• 10+ years in QA/QC, with Oil & Gas or construction project experience
• Hands-on management of site quality in high-risk environments
• Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and team supervision
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CSWIP, ISO) and regional experience advantageous
