Description:

A leading GCC-based EPC contractor strengthening its governance and compliance capability is appointing a Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Engineer to oversee quality frameworks across major infrastructure and industrial developments.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, this appointment carries accountability for inspection governance, documentation control, and adherence to international engineering standards across project lifecycles.

Strategic Mandate
Implement QA/QC systems aligned with ISO and international codes
Conduct inspections and compliance audits across mechanical systems
Review technical documentation and inspection test plans
Coordinate with contractors and consultants on quality performance

Drive corrective action and continuous improvement programs
Strengthen reporting frameworks and quality governance standards
Executive Profile
5+ years QA/QC engineering experience within EPC or infrastructure
Strong understanding of ISO, ASME, and international standards
Experience managing inspection and documentation processes
Exposure to GCC regulatory environments preferred
