Quality Assurance Supervisor

Description:

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to ensure compliance with food safety, ISO, GMPs, and HACCP standards across our warehouse operations. If you have a keen eye for detail, passion for quality systems, and the ability to lead audits, inspections, and training initiatives — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
• Oversee quality & food safety programs
• Manage internal/third-party audits and corrective actions
• Ensure proper storage conditions, FIFO/FEFO, and hygiene standards
• Supervise quality operations, warehouse checkers, and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvement
• Handle customer complaints and lead preventive actions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or 3PL industries
• Hands-on experience with HACCP, GMPs, ISO9001/22000
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Willing to work in Jeddah, Riyadh, or Dammam
