- 4+ years of Quant experience
- Python/C/C++ or any other relevant coding instrument (Rust is a huge bonus)
- HFT or MFT experience (min 2yrs)
- Remote first (GMT +/- 3)
- The ability to demonstrate working strategies with a favourable Sharpe ratio
