Description:

We are seeking experienced 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗿𝘀 to join our team for a prestigious project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These roles focus on 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁-𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
◾ Manage post-contract activities, including cost control and contract administration.
◾Evaluate and negotiate variations, claims, and final accounts.
◾Conduct site visits to monitor progress and compliance with contract requirements.
◾Prepare progress reports, cost reports, and financial statements.
◾Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
◾Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
◾Minimum 8 years’ experience in post-contract quantity surveying.
◾Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control procedures.
◾Transferable IQAMA and current residency in Saudi Arabia.
◾Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
◾Excellent negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.
