Rent A Car Manager

Responsibilities:

· Build and utilize the right team and platforms.

· Handling PR, sales and team management

· Develop and execute business plan with short and long terms objectives.

· Generate leads and sales

· Full knowledge of the market and its needs

· Ability to open new branches and choose the right locations

· Full knowledge of the regulations and requirements

· Develop new related revenue streams for the company

· Generate and manage the financials (P&L, Cash Flow, budgets, … etc.)

· Ability to adopt with new innovations and technologies in the field

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent degree or work experience at the same level
• 5+ years of experience in the car rental industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise employees
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• A business mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance, etc.
• knowledge of corporate governance and performance management principles
• Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
• Flaunt in English
• Valid driver's license
