Conduct tele-surveys and interviews with customers

Manage survey tools and workflows effectively
Coordinate with agencies for market research studies
Handle multiple projects simultaneously under strict timelines

Strong understanding of market research processes
Experience in quality control for research projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work with CATI systems
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Ability to collaborate with agencies and manage field operations
