We’re looking for a Senior Business & System Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery. If you have experience in government digital platforms and enjoy turning complex challenges into clear, actionable requirements, we want to hear from you!

🔍 What You’ll Do:
🔹 Analyze business processes and translate them into system requirements
🔹 Collaborate with architects, developers, and product owners
🔹 Lead documentation, user stories, workflows, and UAT planning
🔹 Ensure alignment with SDAIA, Yesser, MCIT, and cybersecurity frameworks
🔹 Work in Agile or hybrid teams delivering real impact at a national scale

🎓 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 4+ years of experience in Business/System Analysis
✅ Experience in KSA government or public-sector digital projects
✅ Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, BPMN/UML, and requirements tools
✅ Strong communication in Arabic and English
