Description:

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to own the end-to-end delivery of technology programs across our payments and digital wallet platforms.
Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, you will drive the execution and on-time release of regulated fintech products while keeping engineering, product, and compliance aligned.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage concurrent delivery programs from intake through production release.
Build realistic roadmaps, sprint plans, and release schedules.
Track dependencies and risks; escalate early with clear options.
Ensure all delivery meets regulatory and security requirements (SAMA / central bank).
Manage third-party vendor integration milestones and commitments.
💼 What We Are Looking For
8+ years managing technology delivery, with recent experience in fintech, banking, or payments.
Strong command of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.
Experience working under regulatory frameworks (e.g., SAMA, central bank, or equivalent).
Excellent stakeholder management up to C-level.
Preferred: Background in digital wallets, cards, or core payment systems; PMP, Prince2, or SAFe certification.
