Senior Operations Manager

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
▪️Oversee end-to-end production operations for exhibition stands, events, and fabrication projects.
▪️Manage workshop teams, site crews, and subcontractors to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
▪️Develop and implement efficient workflows across fabrication, logistics, and installation phases.
▪️Coordinate closely with creative, design, and client servicing teams to translate ideas into executable builds.
▪️Monitor resource planning, procurement, and inventory to optimize cost and material usage.
▪️Ensure health & safety compliance across workshop and onsite operations.
▪️Troubleshoot challenges on-site and ensure smooth handover to clients.

🎯 Ideal Candidate
▪️Engineering degree or technical background is strongly preferred.
▪️Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within events, exhibitions, or fabrication industries.
▪️Proven track record managing large-scale installations and multiple concurrent projects.
▪️Deep understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, joinery, AV integration, and site execution.
▪️Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
▪️Bilingual (Arabic/English) is a plus.
