Senior Project Manager

Description:

We are supporting major development partners including Red Sea Global (KSA) and Emaar Development (UAE) in hiring an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction and multi-phase infrastructure projects across both markets.

Role Overview:
• Lead end-to-end project delivery across KSA–UAE mixed-use and hospitality developments
• Oversee contractors, consultants, and multi-disciplinary engineering teams
• Ensure all project milestones, QA/QC, and safety standards are achieved
• Manage budgets, forecasting, schedules, risk mitigation, and stakeholder reporting
• Coordinate with government entities, master developers, and consultants

Requirements:
• 10+ years project management experience in construction/infrastructure
• Experience with mega/super giga projects preferred
• Strong civil engineering or technical PM background
