Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost planning, estimation, and financial control across large-scale construction projects.

🔹 Role Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate cost management, budget control, and commercial support throughout the full project lifecycle.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts
• Monitor project expenditures and manage cash flow
• Perform risk analysis and financial reporting
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
• Drive value engineering and cost optimization strategies
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records

🔹 Requirements

• 8–15 years of Quantity Surveying experience in construction
• Strong expertise in cost control, contracts, and risk management
• Experience in large-scale / infrastructure projects is preferred
• Prior GCC experience is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
