Strong knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, etc.)
Hands-on in preparing documentation: BRD, FRD, Process Flows
Excellent client handling, communication, and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of ServiceNow concepts and terminology.
