 Role Overview:
As the Stakeholders Manager, you will be responsible for leading all stakeholder engagement efforts, ensuring alignment between project delivery and stakeholder expectations across government entities, consultants, communities, and project partners.

 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies and communication plans
Serve as the primary point of contact for local authorities and key project partners
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and cultural sensitivities
Proactively manage stakeholder concerns and facilitate timely resolution

Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in stakeholder management within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
Familiarity with Saudi regulations, permitting, and government processes
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
