Are you an expert in Eagle Investment Systems with a passion for solving complex support challenges in portfolio management and performance reporting?
We're looking for a Support Specialist with strong experience in BNY Mellon’s Eagle STAR, PACE, and ACCESS modules to join our team in Riyadh. You’ll be working at the intersection of finance and technology, supporting a high-impact platform in the banking and asset management industry.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Provide functional & technical support for Eagle STAR, PACE, and Performance
Troubleshoot portfolio accounting & reporting issues
Liaise with business & tech teams for change requests and custom reports
Monitor batch jobs, data feeds, and system integrations
Support platform upgrades, migrations & new releases

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience supporting Eagle STAR/PACE/ACCESS
Solid understanding of portfolio processes, NAVs, and financial instruments
Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and data architecture
Familiarity with systems like Bloomberg, Aladdin, CRD is a plus
Excellent communication skills (English; Arabic is a bonus)
