Key Responsibilities

🚛 Manage daily transportation and fleet operations
👥 Supervise drivers, transport coordinators and support staff
📊 Monitor fleet utilization, productivity and operating costs
🔧 Coordinate vehicle maintenance and minimize downtime
📍 Optimize routes, schedules and transportation resources
🦺 Ensure compliance with safety and HSE requirements
📋 Maintain transportation records, reports and documentation
🤝 Coordinate with logistics, operations and project teams
📈 Implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Candidate Profile

✅ Proven experience in transportation/fleet management
✅ Logistics or Oil & Gas industry experience preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of fleet and driver management
✅ Excellent leadership and organizational skills
✅ Understanding of transportation safety and compliance
✅ Ability to work under operational pressure
