• 7–10 years of experience in warehouse operations management (multi-site)
• Proven leadership managing large teams (200+ employees)
• Hands-on experience with WMS (D365 SCM preferred)
• Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs & best practices:
DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time)
Inventory Performance
Dock-to-Stock & productivity metrics
• Arabic communication preferred
