FPICO is looking for an experienced 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to lead a Project in Riyadh. If you have a strong background in project management, a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams—this opportunity is for you!

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
 Manage the contractor's team and subcontractors' performance to ensure smooth project execution.
 Oversee project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
 Coordinate with cross-discipline teams and stakeholders for seamless project progress.
 Prepare status reports and ensure effective communication across all project levels.
Monitor risks, manage scope changes, and track project performance.
 Ensure procurement and material deliveries align with project requirements.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
 13+ years of experience in project management within construction.
 Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
 PMP certification is a plus!
 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
