Associate Director

As an organisation and team going through significant growth, this Associate Director role offers a unique opportunity to not only get involved in some of the largest projects of their type, but have a genuine career path carved out to Director and regional leadership positions, making it an ideal role for a senior leader in the region looking to position themselves in the region for a Partnership role.

Key role responsibilities:

• Drive and build a high-performing procurement offering that can support clients across a range of activities including contract management, process optimization, spend and supplier negotiation
• Act a leader within the business and market, attending internal events and conferences within the region
• Support government agencies, sovereign wealth funds and key major 2030 vision project teams within Saudi Arabia reach their delivery targets, of which you will play a key role

Experience required:

• Senior management or Directorship within a global consulting organisation is a must, as well as the proven experience and ability to manage and lead major clients
• Experience within the Saudi market is ideal however not essential, but a keen desire to stay and build a career within the region is a must
• Degree level education
• Industry accreditation such as CIPS or MCIPS if preferred
