ā”ļø Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (High diploma with extensive relevant experience may be considered).
ā”ļø Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in F&B management, with at least [1-2] years in a supervisory
ā”ļø knowledge of F&B operations, inventory management, and cost control.
ā”ļø Manage budgets, analyze P&L statements, and make data-driven decisions.
ā”ļø Manage a team and achieving operational and financial targets.
ā”ļø Understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
ā”ļø Familiarity with POS systems, restaurant management software, and MS Office/
