Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations across all branches
• Improve operational systems, processes, and best practices
• Lead and manage teams across production, service, and logistics
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Coordinate between departments including production, supply chain, HR, and quality
• Monitor operational performance, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support expansion plans and strategic growth objectives
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the F&B, bakery, or pastry industry
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and make effective operational decisions
• Fluency in English is required (French is a plus)
