Business Continuity Management

Are you passionate about organizational resilience and risk management? We're looking for a Business Continuity Management (BCM) Senior Consultant to lead critical initiatives that ensure our clients are prepared for the unexpected.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Assess current BCM and risk practices; align with ISO 22301 & ISO 31000
• Develop and implement BCM frameworks, DR plans, and communication strategies
• Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and comprehensive risk assessments
• Design and lead training programs, awareness campaigns, and simulation tests
• Coordinate business continuity and crisis response strategies
• Maintain documentation, track KPIs, and lead certification readiness
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and standard requirements

✅ Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• 6+ years experience (3+ in BCM) in complex environments
• Strong knowledge of ISO 22301, ISO 31000, NIST SP 800-34
• Proven experience in BIA, risk assessments, BCM/DR strategy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Native Arabic speaker or expert-level Arabic proficiency

• CBCP / MBCI
