Change Management Lead

 

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to drive business readiness, stakeholder alignment, user adoption, and benefits realization across a complex transformation program. The role will cover change strategy, communications, stakeholder engagement, organizational alignment, training, and post-implementation reinforcement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a holistic change management strategy aligned with program objectives.
Design and deliver effective communication plans across multiple channels.
Identify and manage stakeholders; create engagement and resistance management plans.
Assess and realign organizational structures to support new operating models.
Lead training needs analysis, curriculum design, delivery, and effectiveness reviews.
Define and track KPIs for benefits realization; implement reinforcement and feedback mechanisms.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, HR, or related field.
8+ years in change management within ERP, digital transformation, or large-scale initiatives.
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR).
Expertise in stakeholder engagement, org design, training, and benefits management.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Change Management Certification (PROSCI, ACMP) preferred.
