Commercial Manager

Description:

We’re looking for a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial strategy, procurement, risk management, and financial structuring of a landmark hyperscale Data Center project in Riyadh.
This role is pivotal in driving successful execution through all phases from design and financing to construction and commissioning with a strong focus on PPP structuring, contract negotiation, and stakeholder management.
🔹 Project Type: Hyperscale Data Center (120MW across 4 phases)
🔹 Experience Required: 10–15+ years in commercial management, PPPs, data centers, or large-scale infrastructure
🔹 Key Skills: Project finance, FIDIC contracts, risk allocation, procurement, stakeholder negotiation
Ideal candidates will bring deep knowledge of Tier III/IV data center infrastructure, PPP frameworks, and the ability to lead multi-stakeholder negotiations under high-pressure timelines.
