- Lead licensing & regulatory engagement with SAMA.
- Develop & manage compliance, AML, and governance frameworks
- Drive business growth, strategic partnerships, and internal team development

🎯 Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in compliance or risk (Fintech/Banking/FS preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi regulatory landscape
- CME-1, CME-2, CAMS, or similar certifications preferred
- Must be based in Saudi Arabia
- Fluent in Arabic & English
