Content & Data Operations Specialist

• Run data ingestion processes across a number of content buckets.
• Work with internal stakeholders to quality check and ingest content.
• Work with our internal teams and external stakeholders to refine and make our processes (and customer outcomes) better every day.
• Deliver outstanding content quality and integrity to defined service levels.oo

 We are looking for individuals who:

• Are hands-on, taking things into their own hands to drive progress.
• Can show experience working with data and data ingestion processes.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and seek out to deliver outstanding quality.
• Have an excellent command of MS Excel.
• SQL and automation skills in any scripting language are a strong plus.
• Have strong stakeholder management skills.
• An understanding of the air cargo industry and how rate sheets are used is a plus.
• Embrace uncertainty and display a high level of adaptability.
• Are willing to learn and open to accepting feedback, generously giving their own in return.
