Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Draft, review, and analyze government contracts and tenders for legal compliance.
🔹 Advise on legal risks and provide solutions related to contracts.
🔹 Negotiate contract terms and handle disputes.
🔹 Ensure all contractual obligations are met in line with government regulations.
🔹 Liaise with government entities to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
✔️ 5+ years of experience in government contracts management.
✔️ In-depth knowledge of Saudi contract law and regulations.
✔️ Strong negotiation skills and legal expertise.
✔️ Proficiency in Arabic and English.
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
