We are seeking an experienced Corporate Manager – Operations for a Facility Management company based in Jeddah.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
✔ Oversee and manage facility maintenance operations
✔ Supervise manpower services and operational teams
✔ Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets
✔ Prepare commercial quotations & technical proposals
✔ Manage bidding and tendering processes
✔ Ensure client satisfaction, service quality & compliance

🎯 Requirements
✔ 5–7 years of experience in facility management & manpower services
✔ Strong background in sales supervision and bidding processes
✔ Excellent leadership and team management skills
✔ Strong communication and organizational abilities

🌍 Preferred Nationalities
Jordanian, Lebanese, Indian, or other Arab nationals
⏰ Working Hours
9 hours per day
💰 Salary
SAR 8,000 – 10,000 (based on experience)
