Country Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Country Manager for a luxury family entertainment and leisure brand launching in Riyadh. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for taking the business from pre-opening through to full commercial operation, with full ownership of operations, P&L, guest experience, compliance, team leadership, and future growth across the Kingdom.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
* 10+ years of senior operational leadership experience within family entertainment, leisure, hospitality, premium F&B, or a related guest-facing sector
* Proven pre-opening experience, ideally launching a venue from fit-out stage to full operation
* Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, including regulations, mall operations, labour law, Saudization, and licensing
* Full P&L ownership experience
* Strong commercial, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
* MUST be based in Saudi Arabia
