Tania Water operates a fast-growing, multi-channel digital commerce ecosystem serving a wide customer base across mobile apps, web store, call center, and WhatsApp. With a newly integrated customer engagement platform, we are gearing up to launch advanced lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels.
As a CRM Automation Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of all automated customer touchpoints — driving retention, engagement, and reactivation across Tania’s digital channels.
What You’ll Own
End-to-end customer lifecycle automation — from onboarding to replenishment reminders and win-back campaigns
Multi-channel execution across Push Notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, and Email
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute lifecycle journeys: onboarding, reorder reminders, and reactivation campaigns
Build and optimize customer segmentation frameworks (RFM, LTV, behavior-based segmentation)
Manage WhatsApp Business channel for both transactional and promotional communications
Lead push notification strategy with A/B testing (timing, messaging, offers)
Support loyalty program communication strategies
Collaborate with the Digital & AI Director on attribution, analytics, and performance tracking
Connect campaign performance to business outcomes using mobile attribution and web analytics tools
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
Background in e-commerce, D2C, or subscription-based businesses is highly preferred
Hands-on experience with platforms like CleverTap, Braze, MoEngage, or similar
Strong understanding of segmentation and RFM analysis
Experience managing WhatsApp Business API campaigns at scale
Ability to analyze attribution reports and link campaigns to revenue impact
Fluent in Arabic (mandatory)
