District Manager

Description:

We’re looking for a skilled District Manager to oversee end-to-end O&M activities, manage teams and vendors, and ensure contractual KPIs are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage resources to meet contractual obligations and PODs
• Set guidelines and streamline O&M processes for teams and ASPs
• Monitor PMR progress (physical, WFMS, PIN visibility) and address deviations
• Ensure TT resolution meets SLAs and network KPIs
• Analyze recurring issues and plan preventive actions
• Facilitate NI to NO handovers for new, modernized, or OPEX sites
• Plan and follow up on generator overhauls until customer approval
• Consolidate district feedback and prepare performance reports
• Build and analyze PIN database to optimize infrastructure usage
• Follow up on theft and vandalism handling and closure
• Lead ASP review meetings with documented follow-ups
• Supervise third-party contractors and ensure quality delivery
• Coordinate with NOC, regional directors, and project control teams
