Description:

This executive mandate sits within a major Saudi Holding Group overseeing critical national infrastructure. Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Delivery, the incumbent will establish and lead the Centralized Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring rigor in cost control, scheduling, and risk mitigation for a diverse project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Establish the governance framework, standards, and reporting protocols for the enterprise PMO.
Oversee high-level project analytics, providing the Executive Committee with data-driven insights.
Manage multi-billion SAR budgets, ensuring optimal capital expenditure and cost recovery.
Implement advanced digital project control systems and BIM integration at the corporate level.
Lead a multidisciplinary team of planners, cost engineers, and risk managers.

Leadership Expectations
Expert knowledge of international project management standards (PMBOK, PRINCE2) applied to mega-scale works.
Experience navigating the Saudi regulatory landscape and public-private partnership (PPP) structures.
