Fit-out Tendering Engineer

Description:

Trispec is seeking a qualified Fit-Out Tendering Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tendering for high-end interior fit-out projects, with a strong grasp of technical documentation, market pricing, and supplier coordination in the Saudi construction industry.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Quantity Surveying

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fit-out tendering within the construction or interiors sector

In-depth knowledge of BOQ preparation, scope packaging, and RFP development

Strong familiarity with Saudi local vendors and suppliers, including material and subcontractor pricing

Ability to review and interpret architectural and ID drawings, project specifications, and contract documents

Demonstrated experience in coordinating with technical, procurement, and design teams to compile comprehensive tender packages

Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and tendering/estimation tools such as PlanSwift, Candy, or similar

High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commercial awareness

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and compile tender submissions for interior fit-out projects in line with client requirements

Break down project scope and package works for subcontractor pricing

Develop and issue RFQs, evaluate received quotations, and prepare commercial comparisons

Coordinate internally with engineering, design, and procurement teams to ensure complete and accurate tender proposals

Maintain a strong network of local vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and lead times

Track tender timelines, respond to clarifications, and support post-submission negotiations when required
