Key Responsibilities
Manage full restaurant operations and overall business performance.
Oversee P&L, budgeting, food cost, and labour cost control.
Ensure outstanding customer service and operational excellence.
Lead, coach, and develop restaurant teams.
Monitor business performance using key operational and financial metrics.
Understand digital marketing performance, including Google Maps and social media campaigns, to support business growth.
Implement strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
Proven experience as a General Manager in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of P&L management, food cost, labour cost, and restaurant operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to analyze business performance and drive continuous improvement.
Experience managing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
